Steven B. Nitsberg, Chief Executive Officer and President

Mr. Nitsberg founded Health Capital in 1993. Under Mr. Nitsberg's direction, Health Capital has provided working capital, acquisition capital, and accounts receivable financing to healthcare providers nationwide, including doctors, medical practices, nursing homes, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, durable medical equipment companies, home-healthcare agencies and others including both privately held and publicly traded companies.

Prior to founding Health Capital, Mr. Nitsberg worked for Morgan Stanley & Company in their Corporate Finance Division in New York. While at Morgan Stanley & Company, Mr. Nitsberg focused his time in the financial institutions and healthcare investment banking groups, devising unique restructuring, financing (including both public offerings and private placements), and merger and acquisition strategies for Morgan Stanley clientele. Prior to working on Wall Street, Mr. Nitsberg served as an active duty United States Army officer within the United States Army's Air Defense Artillery in El Paso, Texas.

Mr. Nitsberg is a graduate of the Harvard Business School, where he received his Masters in Business Administration, and the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree.
